We have earned a global reputation for enabling financial firms to manage risk through cutting-edge data archiving and supervision solutions. We help organizations meet their compliance needs more efficiently than ever before.

Our platform captures, monitors and stores all digital communications—whether it’s emails, MS Teams conversations, iMessages, or anything else. This helps businesses comply with strict regulations and avoid costly fines like the $5 billion issued by the SEC in 2023.

Our mission is simple: to allow firms to communicate freely and confidently with the knowledge that all messages will be monitored and flagged in real-time if noncompliant. Having recently secured significant investment from a US growth equity firm, we’re ready for our next phase of rapid expansion, and are looking for the right people to slot in quickly and take us to the next level.

What’s it like in the Austin office?

Here at MirrorWeb, whilst we’re a well esteemed and regarded solution for large corporate financial services business, this isn’t our defining feature. We are a tech company at our core; we thrive on innovation, collaboration and fun. Outside our to-do lists, we’re enthusiastic about coffee, ping pong, board games, 5-a-side, cinema trips, animal facts, who sits on top of the Myles leaderboard, and what each other is having for lunch. We are surrounded by too many tempting eateries to end any week with a clean conscience.

For a while we’ve felt like we’re building something special here, and that conviction is even stronger post-investment. It’s an exciting place to be with a strong and supportive team ethos. The Role:

Are you ready to drive game-changing demand generation programs and create memorable events that fuel revenue growth? MirrorWeb is seeking a highly motivated Field Marketing Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will lead field-based campaigns, from executive dinners to monthly webinars, turning moments into measurable impact. You’ll collaborate with sales, sales development, and our global marketing team to build awareness, nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities to close.

If you’re a creative thinker with a knack for managing the chaos of event logistics, a passion for account-based marketing (ABM), and an eye for ROI, this role is your opportunity to shine. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute field and industry events that support demand generation and sales goals.
  • Identify, manage and lead MirrorWeb’s event calendar, including physical and virtual event series and regional field activations.
  • Oversee all event logistics: theme development, vendor coordination, fulfillment, inventory management, and staffing.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, BDRs, Customer Success, Product, etc.) to orchestrate high-impact campaigns.
  • Evaluate and manage third-party event sponsorships and vendor partnerships based on audience relevance and ROI.
  • Track budgets and build effective reports to measure performance and ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate event results, manage issues, and gather feedback from regional stakeholders.
  • Travel up to 15% to ensure events run smoothly and deliver exceptional experiences.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Virtual Event Software.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Experience with end-to-end event logistics and execution, from shaping themes to staffing.
  • Knowledge of demand generation strategies and ABM principles.
  • A hardworking, self-starter attitude with the creativity to tackle challenges and the drive to get things done.
