Problem

Peter was using different providers for social media and email archiving, and was particularly dissatisfied with the email side of things. He felt that the interface was terrible and the platform had severe limitations (especially around search capabilities) which were eating into his time and preventing him from doing his job effectively. Reporting inefficiencies were also compromising his ability to demonstrate compliance.

Solution

Peter spoke to our Sales Manager, Tom, and was given a platform demo. He loved many aspects of the solution, such as the pricing and the automated search function, but the biggest incentive was the targeted search capability that MirrorWeb was able to set up. This guaranteed that all of IBN’s mailboxes were covered and that the compliance team could search emails from every member of the team. IBN signed with MirrorWeb, albeit not just for email archiving, as they consolidated their providers into one streamlined package.

Result

Today, Mirrorweb archives IBN’s email as well as their social media platforms (LinkedIn and Facebook). Peter has found the product to be sleek, intuitive and far more efficient, while the customer success team has been highly responsive, and tenacious in dealing with his concerns. He has noted that 'everybody is on top of things', and that IBN is 'extremely happy' with the relationship so far. Most importantly, he's confident in his ability to prove compliance, and the functionality of the platform has afforded him more time to do his job effectively.
