Problem
In Summer 2021, Suzy received notice from their archiving vendor at the time, that the annual contract was being renewed. While the firmhad no problem paying for a service, they were not happy with what they’d been getting for their money.
Their previous vendor was expensive, support was practically non-existent, and the platform was ‘frustrating and cumbersome’. They reached out to their compliance attorney, actively seeking an alternative.
Solution
